i read this article saying folk could basically decide to do soemthing and do said thing, and wouldn't get distracted. And I thought (*&??? ^% KDUY(&£&fu09ef7\6??????? No! I need to check this.

We all seem pretty distractable by the shiney.

Albeit, I am asking fanfic writers and readers, so my sample is a little skewed.
