Jul. 23rd, 2010 08:48 pmI've been tweaking and editing two separate versions of Jim and Blair's Castle Adventure at the same time since April. 94 versus 104 pages. 33, 167 words versus 32, 427 words which I have to go through with the finest of toothcombs and merge into one document.
See you at Christmas. This is Hell. This isn't even remotely fun.
Editing* is the suckiest, nastiest, part of writing. It is torture.
ETA: figured out the dominant version. merging begins
*This doesn't mean that I don't edit. One of the reason why I am a slow writer is that editing is functionally difficult.
