Okay. Okay So Wei Wuxian was going to give his golden core to his knackered brother, but now he’s going to send his brother to his estranged grandmother who is a demi-god/immortal (I think).
Wei Wuxian chucked into the Burial Mounds and is that the sword from the papier-mâché monster turtle?

The healer, Wen Qing, has been captured but we didn’t get to see that. Where is her baby brother?
Wei Wuxian’s been in the burial mounds and has learnt evil magics –twisting the paper spells on themselves (clever). And there’s been a war with the evil clan, but we don’t get to see any of that? Three months has passed?

I feel like I missed an episode but according to Amazon Prime, I didn’t.

The pacing and the blocking really bamboozles me. I was yelling at the screen in the previous ep since Lan Wangji was (seemingly) not addressing what clearly was wrong with Wei Wuxian and then…
They’re sitting on a roof having a heart-to-heart and Lan Wangji is offering to help Wei Wuxian

Yeah, it's a bit frustrating. Some things are explained later (and for the effect it's good that there have been time jumps) but there are some things I would have loved to actually see.
