pustulating sores!

I was writing fic... actually writing fic. I was engaged and *actually* writing and it was flowing and it was great. I popped over to the Doctor's Without Borders site to donate some money for help_japan so I could get some fic written for me and contribute. Wandered to gmail to tell my writer that I'd donated. Popped over to my photobucket site to upload a copy of the receipt and

my laptop (I am now angrily mashing the keys of my desktop)
got this, what I think is a java script based virus, which appears to be mimicking the windows virus consol AND it's locked me out of my Malwarebytes and Sophos. I can't open any programmes. I can't even uninstall java so, theoretically, then I would be able to run Malwarebytes.
I was writing fic until this happened.
I hope that people who design and post viruses get pustulating sores on their genitalia and their bits fall off.
