No. simply. No. this isn’t fair. Watching this series is traumatic
Wen Ning and Wen Qing are dead? Their ashes are cast into the air? And the other Wen? Yuan’s Grandmother--hanged! Why did they ALL go to the Jins? I thought that Wen Ning and Wen Qing were sacrificing themselves for their clan and Wei Wuxian.
And why the flyin’ fuck did Senior Sister go to Nevernight? How the hell did she get there from the Jin Clan’s home?
This hurts.
Who is the other flautist? First thought is that it’s Lieutenant ex-fan [Childe Jin also??], but that is too obvious. It’s not Lan Wangji’s big brother is it?
I can imagine how intense fandom was when this ep was televised. I mean, the fandom must have been seething. I guess, they still probably are. It’s a little lonely watching this on your tod. I can only imagine what my neighbours were thinking when I yelled at the telly… more than once.
I was right when I said that this was going to be a trainwreck. Honestly, when they were arguing in Nevernight, and then emotions get in the way. And it’s all innuendo and false assumptions and….
It’s too sad :-(

I'm still crying over Jiang Yanli. *cries*
Yeah, fandom must have been upset like woha then. But on the other hand - so many "everybody lives" and "fix it" fics. :)

Man, Saphirablue, it's a little bit of faith, a little bit of understanding and a little smidge of listening and it would have been a better, happier world. And such is true for real life.

Why are you protecting the Wens? So much hurt and grief could have been prevented. And yes, that is so true for real life too.
